Our C – AMC plan gives you essential RO servicing along with selective part coverage. Here’s what you get:

✅ Customer Benefits

1. 2 Free Service Visits Per Year

Enjoy 2 scheduled maintenance visits — one every 6 months — including machine cleaning, filter checking, and TDS testing.

2. Free Replacement of Basic Consumables

Includes replacement of basic filters: Sediment Filter and Carbon Filter once during the AMC period.

3. Free Labor Charges on Included Visits

No technician charges during the 2 free visits. Any additional visits will be chargeable at ₹299 per visit.

4. Partial Electrical Part Coverage

Only Pump and SMPS are covered if found faulty during the 2 free visits. All other parts will be chargeable.

5. TDS & Performance Check

TDS levels and machine performance will be tested and optimized during the scheduled visits.

📜 Terms & Conditions

  1. Plan Validity: 12 months from the activation date.
  2. Coverage: For domestic RO systems only.
  3. Service Schedule: 2 preventive maintenance visits will be pre-scheduled.
  4. Extra Visit Charges: ₹299 per visit beyond 2 included services.
  5. Consumable Replacement: Only 1-time Sediment and Carbon Filter replacement included.
  6. Part Replacement: Only Pump and SMPS covered if faulty during free visits.
  7. Location Clause: Service availability depends on your delivery pincode.
  8. Proof Requirement: AMC invoice must be shown for free service eligibility.
  9. Non-Transferable: The plan is only valid for the machine and customer registered.
  10. Replacement Criteria: Filters/parts are replaced only if found defective during service.
